Vinge
Our partnerships include individuals, organizations, and XtraOrdinary companies. One of them is Vinge. Vinge is the largest business law firm in the Nordics and is now part of XO Academy, where they provide our alumni with a unique opportunity for legal education and advisory. Vinge’s commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation has led them to contribute their legal expertise to early-stage entrepreneurs. In this way, they help create the conditions for more ideas to develop into viable companies - and a long-term, sustainable business landscape. Scholarship recipients receive practical guidance in business law related to entrepreneurship, including areas such as company structure, ownership matters, commercial agreements, and financing - issues that are essential for developing and scaling new companies. The partnership means a great deal to XO and its alumni network of scholarship recipients, demonstrating XO’s commitment to equipping alumni with the tools needed to take their professional development to the next level.
Bockasjö Capital
Our partnerships include individuals, organizations, and XtraOrdinary companies. One of them is Bockasjö Capital. Together, three new awards were created: Initiative of the Year, Association of the Year, and Changemaker of the Year, celebrating individuals and organizations that contribute to a better society. The scholarships were awarded for the first time at the XO gala in Stockholm in 2025. Bockasjö Capital is a player with a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and societal development. Joakim Hedin, founder and CEO of Bockasjö Capital, and board member Sara Bergström discovered XO through a scholarship recipient and wanted to be part of the journey. Behind Bockasjö Capital is serial entrepreneur Joakim Hedin, who began his entrepreneurial journey early by acquiring film rights in the United States for distribution in Sweden. After listing, buying back, and selling the company, he moved into a new industry. He early recognized the growing e-commerce sector’s need for efficient logistics. The next journey began with the first terminal - Bockasjö - which soon became the symbol of a rapidly growing company. Between 2004 and 2023, Bockasjö AB developed into one of Sweden’s leading players in logistics real estate. Bockasjö Capital supports passionate changemakers and reinvests in what truly matters. Success is not just about numbers - it’s about building a better future together.
Göran Espelund
Our partnerships include organizations, companies, and XtraOrdinary individuals. One of them is Göran Espelund. Göran was one of the founders of Lannebo Fonder in 2000 and previously served as CEO of Robur Asset Management. Göran’s extensive experience in asset management and leadership is a valuable asset for our alumni. At XO Academy, they gain insights into professional growth, fundraising, and business development.
Förortsentreprenörer
Our partnerships range from individuals and companies to XtraOrdinary organizations. One of them is Förortsentreprenörer. Förortsentreprenörer works to highlight and strengthen entrepreneurship in Sweden’s suburbs. By showcasing role models, creating opportunities, and building networks, they help more voices and ideas take place in the business world and society at large. We share a common belief that potential exists everywhere - but opportunities do not always. That is why our partnership with Förortsentreprenörer is an important part of our work to create a more inclusive future where more people get the chance to spread their wings and realize their dreams. Through their engagement, Förortsentreprenörer inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs to believe in their ideas and take the leap fully. Together, we aim to continue highlighting initiatives and individuals who might otherwise be overlooked - and contribute to a stronger and more dynamic business landscape.
